About this role Atria is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Neurology team, delivering personalized, hands on clinical support to members receiving neurological care. Working in close partnership with neurologists, ACPs, and the broader clinical team, the Neuro RN manages day to day patient care, procedures, and follow up for members being evaluated or treated for cognitive, headache, and other neurological conditions. This role blends clinical excellence with a case management approach, ensuring every member's neurological care plan is executed with precision and compassion. Overview Provides high quality comprehensive nursing care to meet the needs of the patient/client and manages/coordinates the delivery of cost effective multidisciplinary health care services for a caseload of patients/clients consistent with VNS Health philosophy, policy, goals and objectives, and Standards of Nursing Practice. For Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) only: Provides health education, social support and community linkages to meet the needs of pregnant and postpartum, first-time mothers and their infants.
