Job Description: We are actively seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in the Cleveland, Ohio area. As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting psychiatric evaluations, performing assessments, and managing medications for residents. You will make regular visits to long-term care facilities, ensuring consistent and quality care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for residents. Manage and prescribe medications as part of comprehensive treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design, implement, and assess treatment plans. Make regular visits to assigned long-term care facilities to provide ongoing support and care. Qualifications: Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Ohio. Degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with the ability to assess and prescribe medications in collaboration with a psychiatrist as per State Board of Nursing regulations.
