How you'll contribute A Rehab RN who excels in this role: Administer medications safely, accurately, and based on patient age and clinical condition. Minimize potential for medication errors by following proper medication administration procedures. Assist the RN with initial assessments and patient reassessments per policy. Identify and implement appropriate rehabilitation nursing interventions. Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments under RN supervision.
