Provides administrative and clinical oversight to ensure that all activity (staffing, support services, inter disciplinary collaboration, resources and financial viability) supports the goals of the organization. 3. Works collaboratively with physician dyads and the healthcare team to promote patient care and regulatory standards. 4. Assists in the compliance of a nursing unit with all regulatory agency mandates, including the regulations of NYS DOH and The Joint Commission. 5.
