Description Staff Nurse - Med/Surg (General) - Mount Sinai West - Part Time (30 Hours) - Nights - 7pm to 7:30am - Plus every other weekend. Document patient progress, treatment plans, and any changes in condition. Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and organizational standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with RNs, nephrologists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Assist in training and mentoring new staff members. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Report any incidents, errors, or safety concerns promptly to the Nurse Manager. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program. Licensure: Current and valid LPN license in the state of New York.
