Position Highlights: Position: Clinical Nurse Supervisor Location: Grand Valley Oncology Responsibilities: Assist with the management of the department which involves input in performance evaluations, interviewing, hiring, counseling and employees. Management of Timecards, Schedules, and Attendance for all clinical staff. Supports and facilitates operational alignment with organization goals and strategies under the supervision of the Oncology Nursing Director/department leadership.
