We offer an extensive mentor program where new hires will be paired with a preceptor who will work at YOUR pace, to ensure you are comfortable on our floor. Our CNA shifts are 8 or 12 hours, with flexibility on schedules and shifts. Peabody Retirement Community also offers a weekend warrior program- all decided by you!
