Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 - The Medical Assistant works under the Lead Medical assistant and Practice Manager or Practice Supervisor to assist with maintaining efficient patient flow and quality care. Pawtucket Falls Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department and oversee the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. The Director of Nursing will provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, and work closely with facility leadership to support resident care, staffing, quality outcomes, and overall nursing operations. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to the nursing department. Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and standards of practice. Oversee nursing staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, supervision, and performance management. Ensure appropriate staffing levels based on resident care needs.
