Accurately reports and records the patient’s condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change. 7. Assists the patient with activities of daily living while teaching appropriate self-care techniques. 8. Assists in answering the phones, and scheduling Intake appointments. 9. Completes, maintains, and submits accurate and relevant clinical notes. 10. Displays flexibility and willingness to help others, identifies and offers solutions to problems, vision, foresight, and customer sensitivity. 11. Performs job with efficiency necessary to complete assignments within established time restraints and procedural guidelines. 12. Organizes and prioritizes work while being cost-effective and conserving resources. 13. Able to tolerate high-stress and high volume work. 14.
