Qualifications Licensure: Active, unencumbered license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Indiana (or compact state equivalent). Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification required. Experience: Prior LPN experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care is highly preferred. Experience working with Alzheimer’s or dementia care is a huge plus!
