Experienced Clinical Nurse - Dialysis

The Dialysis Unit at MD Anderson Cancer Center provides specialized renal care tailored to the unique needs of patients undergoing cancer treatment. Our multidisciplinary team of nephrology experts, nurses, and support staff deliver comprehensive dialysis services in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. By closely coordinating with oncology teams, we help manage kidney-related complications while ensuring continuity of cancer care, enhancing patient safety, comfort, and quality of life throughout their treatment journey. Ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing, current Texas RN license and a minimum of two years of recent RN experience in an Hemodialysis setting. ACLS and BLS are required. Working Hours: The working hours will be 7:30pm to 8am 12 hrs. shift, with alternating weekends and holidays. Experienced Clinical Nurses receive a very competitive compensation package which includes fully covered medical premiums, Teacher's Retirement Services (TRS) contribution, generous Paid-Time-Off and certification pay. PLUS - nurses will earn up to $8,320 in annual unit-based differentials for all inpatient units. In addition, Evening/Night nurses will be eligible for shift differential pay.
