Provide individual on-call availability to SANE coordinator in a timely manner to ensure that the on-call SANE schedule is up-to-date and available to Emergency Department Clinical Coordinators. 7. Provide on-call services, at a minimum, of four (4) twelve (12) hour shifts or two (2) twenty-four (24) hour shifts per month during the duration of their commitment agreement, which is two (2) years. 8. Provide on-call services for a minimum of one (1) twelve (12) hour holiday shift per year for the duration of the commitment agreement. Holiday’s include: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. 9. Maintain supplies in SANE cabinets and carts. 10. Attend SANE educational opportunities 11.
