Registered Nurse RN Unit Manager We are seeking a Registered Nurse RN Unit Manager to join our skilled nursing team! Our facility features a fast paced sub-acute and long term care units. The primary role of the Unit Manager is to assist the Director of Nursing/ADON in developing and directing the functions of the given Nursing Unit in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, as well as adhering to the policies and regulations of the facility to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is delivered at all times. Responsibilities for a Registered Nurse RN Unit Manager Monitor licensed and unlicensed nursing staff in delivering quality care to each resident Ensure that nursing staff follows policy and procedures, including appropriate dress code Attend and participate in morning clinical review meeting Review 24- hour resident change in condition report daily and correspond with DON on changes in treatments as necessary Maintain compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations on unit, reporting any known violations to the Administrator and DON Assist the DON/ADON with preparing performance evaluations as directed. Greet new admissions and families and assist nursing staff with admission process as needed Ensure that all admission documentation is complete in a timely manner Monitor medication distributions and treatment schedules to ensure that medications are being administered as ordered and that treatments are provided as scheduled Provide direct nursing care as necessary ETC Qualifications for a Registered Nurse RN Unit Manager Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing as an RN At least 1 year of Supervisory Experience Experience in Long Term Care Benefits offered for a Registered Nurse RN Unit Manager including: Vacation, PTO, 401K, Health Insurance, Dental, Vision

Other duties as required Overview Kelemen 8 is a medical-surgical unit that cares for patients with a wide variety of diagnoses, illnesses and disease processes. North and South 8 have telemetry capabilities for our patients. Kelemen 8 has frequent admissions and discharges. Kelemen 8 can accept a total of 77 patients. The North side houses 37 patients, and the South side houses 36 patients. There are two negative pressure rooms with an anti-room. There is a pharmacist present on the unit to assist the RNs with medication questions/concerns. Multidisciplinary rounds occur every Monday through Friday. Rounds involve all aspects of the healthcare team, including the patient and family. Experience Required Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing Education Requirements Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse); Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers); Certain specialties may require advanced certification (i.e., ACLS, NALS, PALS)

These areas serve outpatient and inpatient patients who require procedures that require medical imaging to help diagnosis and treat certain problems. They see infants and adults. There are two sides to this. One group of nurses prepare and recover the patient following the procedure, while another group of nurses is in the rooms with the interventional radiologists and others to assist with the procedures. Some of these nurses do go over to MD Anderson for Radiologic cases scheduled over there. Job Title/Position : Hospice On Call RN Reports To : Clinical Director JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY : The On-Call Hospice RN is responsible for responding to all of the Hospice patient census and their families, as well as handling any referrals or community inquiries outside of office hours (nights, weekends and holidays). The on-call nurse will provide urgent clinical and psychosocial interventions for patients and their families, skilled pain and symptom management and collaboration with providers within and outside of the hospice team to maximize positive patient outcomes. The work of the On-Call Hospice RN provides considerable consideration for independent assessment and judgement in crisis situations, utilizing and consulting with the Hospice Medical Director and administrator on call as indicated. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES : Consistent availability by telephone and email during assigned shifts. Conducts urgent physical and psychosocial assessments of the patient and family during after hours and determines appropriate interventions. Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patient. Provides professional nursing care by utilizing all elements of the nursing process. Provides skilled nursing care focusing on pain control and symptom management. Provides interim guidance to the patient and family regarding diagnosis, medications, treatments and progress. Documents patient care thoroughly and timely. Completes, maintains and submits accurate and relevant clinical documentation regarding patient's condition and care given. Records pain/symptom management changes/outcomes as appropriate. Communicates and collaborates with the physician regarding the patient’s needs and reports changes in the patient’s condition; obtains/receives physicians’ orders as required. Works closely with members of the IDG to provide continuity of care and support for the patient and family. Collaborates with vendors to obtain DME, supplies and medications when needed after-hours. Participates in mandatory meetings as required. Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development and maintains and upgrades professional knowledge and practice skills through attendance and participation in continuing education and in-services. Job Description We are seeking a FULL-TIME Emergency Room RN in Wilmington, DE!! Nemours Children's Health 2025 LANTERN AWARD RECIPIENT!! This position is FULL-TIME, 0.9 FTE, 4P-4A, every third weekend. One summer and one winter holiday per year. Busy season requires mandatory sign up to be on call for an eight-hour shift once every 6 weeks. Essential Job Functions A registered nurse responsible and accountable for assessing, planning, and providing care to assigned patients Utilizes critical thinking to formulate nursing plan based on patient’s complex needs and problems. Formulates, implements and evaluates nursing plan based on patient complex needs and problems. Assists patient and family in discharge planning so that problems and care needs are anticipated and met. Serves as an advocate for patient and family in working with other members of the health care team. Provides safe and appropriate nursing care through adherence to Nursing Department standards. Requirements Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. This individual must perform these tasks as ordered by a physician, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, and in accordance with state and federal rules and regulations. Also, must perform routine daily tasks required in maintaining the health, comfort and wellbeing of the residents. Certified Medication Technician CMT - Essential Responsibilities: Administers medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with any state and federal regulations and consistent with community policy. Must demonstrate knowledge of “five rights” of medication administration. Administers and records all medication given to residents’ based upon their specific chart. May take and record vital signs of residents as assigned or as may be required by certain medications. Certified Medication Technician CMT records the administration of medications and/or treatments appropriately, utilizing the computer system to enter and reference resident information as needed. Observes and reports any reactions and/or side effects of medications to a licensed nurse immediately. Administers PRN medications in accordance with state and federal regulations and consistent with facility policy. Ensure antiseptic techniques and good hand washing practices for infection control, as well as utilizing universal precautions are in place and practiced. Certified Medication Technician CMT reports and when appropriate, records any changes observed in condition or behavior of residents and unusual incidents. Submit incident/accident reports to supervisor or Administrator within twentyfour (24) hours after their occurrence. Communicates with medical staff, nursing service and other department supervisors. Certified Medication Technician CMT supervises care staff in absence of nurses. Maintains, cleans and organizes the Medication Room. Maintains a liaison with other department supervisors to adequately plan for resident activities. Attends all required training, in-service and staff meetings May be subject to the handling of and exposure to hazardous chemicals. May be subject to exposure to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc, including TB and the AIDS and Hepatitis B viruses. Maintain resident confidentiality, staff confidentiality; treat staff and residents with kindness, dignity and respect. Comply with Resident’s Rights rules. Certified Medication Technician CMT - Requirements: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified Medication Technician certification required.
