Hospice RN - Registered Nurse Job Summary As a Hospice RN, your primary function is to administer compassionate nursing care to patients in their place of residence. You will take the lead in coordinating care with our Interdisciplinary Group (IDT), patients, families, and referring agencies to ensure the highest quality end-of-life support. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments of patient’s physical, functional, and psychosocial needs.
