Job Summary: The Spine Nurse Navigator will enhance the patient experience by interfacing with various patient care teams and assist with the comprehensive care of Spine Center patients. Will work collaboratively with the Spine Center teams to ensure that the patients get seamless care for optimum outcomes. As a key member of EvergreenHealth’s Spine Center the Nurse Navigator serves as a patient-centered Orthopedic Spine Surgery resource from admit to discharge to outpatient follow-up.
