The Clinical Nurse 1 New to Practice/Apprentice seeks guidance to integrate concepts, knowledge, skills and attitudes to meet standards for competent professional nursing practice as specified in the Clinical Nurse I New to Practice/Apprentice position description addendum. Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist. 7. Prolonged or considerable walking or standing. Able to lift, position and/or transfer patients. Able to lift supplies and equipment. Considerable reaching, stooping bending, kneeling and/or crouching. Visual acuity and hearing to perform required nursing skills. 8. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order. 9. Possesses and maintains CPR certification (may not be internet based unless the demonstration of skills was hands on and observed by a certified trainer) 
Liberty Center is seeking a full-time Activity Aide to join our team! The Activity Assistant works with the Activity Director to provide group an individual activities for the residents. Duties will involve personal contact with a varying residents populaton and a varied work schedule that will include weekends and holidays. This is a union position. Duties Experience Required! Assist with activities by the Activity Director and in accordance with each redients plan of care. Set up areas as needed for the type of activity planned. Assist residents who desire to participate to group. Encourage and praise residents response throughout activity. Assist residents back to living areas at the conclusion of the activity. Notify Director of residents behaviors during programs. Interact appropriately and effectively in one to one ( or group) activities according to the residents strengths and limitations. Be aware of residents individual cognitive emotional and psychosocial impairments.
