Collaborate with primary care physician. NP QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Current, unrestricted NP license in the state of Kentucky. Board Certification. DEA licensure. Clinical background in adult, family or geriatric specialties. Experience working in a long-term care setting. Ability to work with an EMR.
