Working closely with physician and administrative leadership, the Lead NP will oversee the Cardiothoracic Surgery NP team while supporting patient care across the CTICU and Stepdown units. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who is passionate about mentoring others, driving clinical excellence, and helping shape the future of the program. This position combines clinical and leadership responsibilities within the Cardiothoracic Surgery service. Clinical assignments will primarily support day shift operations, with some evening, night, weekend, and holiday coverage based on departmental needs.
