Deliver personalized nursing and care management to patients in their home or care facilities. Constantly evaluate evolving patient needs and respond with plan of care adjustments. Qualifications Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State Minimum of one year nursing experience in a medical/surgical environment Valid driver's license required for all areas outside of Manhattan Wound Care Certification or willingness to obtain within one year of hire required Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing preferred Pay Range USD $118,942.00 - USD $152,717.00 /Yr. Job Details Operating Room/ Wound care Nurse Manager Responsibilities : Coordinates and administers patient care services within the Operating Room and Wound Care on a 24 hour basis. Performs a variety of clinical responsibilities related to administration of patient services. Provides care that reflects an understanding of individual cultural and religious diversities and needs as well as recognition of patient rights. Maintains professional development. Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity Operating Room and Wound Care experience Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree preferred Current New York State RN License required. BLS, ACLS and CNOR certifications required . Salary Range USD $128,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.
