Description The Nurse Manager (NM) is responsible for the management of nursing practice and operations on a designated unit/service setting such as inpatient, procedural, emergency department or ambulatory care. Description As an integral part of the clinical care team, the Patient Care Associate is responsible for patient care and support activities promoting patient focused care within the Specialty Service. The Patient Care Associate supports the registered nurse in patient care activities, such as: assisting patient with activities of daily living, collecting specimens and performing procedures; maintaining a safe, clean environment; and other duties as needed. Job Description The Pain Management Center provides care to outpatients. The hours of operation for the Pain Management Center are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM until 4:00PM. The responsibility of the department is to ensure high quality nursing care to patients having Pain Management procedures according to American Society of Pain Management Nurses (ASPMN), American Heart Association, ASPAN, NJ State Department of Health, CDC, CMS, OSHA and TJC recommendations.
