Create progress and discharge notes, where appropriate, for each patient seen. Use service recovery strategies within scope of responsibility to resolve immediate patient concerns. Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of clinically based education programs. Participate in specialty associations for the enhancement of continuing education.
