Quality and Regulatory/Accreditation—Works to ensure all requirements for the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS) and NC Office of EMS are met. Assist with CAMTS survey preparation and visit every three years. Runs regular reports, analyzes data, and presents to leadership or staff. Reviews continuous quality incident issues, documents actions plans, coordinates completion of these plans, and ensures loop closure is documented. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED required. Completion of a state-approved CNA training program. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare, senior living, or long-term care setting preferred. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of nursing care procedures and safety practices. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to assist residents with mobility and physical support as needed. Certifications & Requirements: Active CNA certification in good standing with the state. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
