We are seeking a full-time, benefited Field Nurse Case Manager to cover Pensacola and surrounding communities such as Fort Walton Beach, Destin, and Crestview. Schedule & Salary: This position will begin at 30 hours per week , with the potential to increase to 40 hours . The salary range for 30 hours/week is $59280 - $63960 annually .
