LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Description: Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs. Taking and recording vital signs. Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome. Provide resident and family education. Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals. Supervising CNAs LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: • Current License-LPN Hours: 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm Full time and Part time shifts avalable.
