These roles involve patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. May work across various healthcare settings, such as hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and community health organizations. Responsibilities include the delivery of medical care, supporting patients and their families, and ensuring the effective functioning of healthcare teams. Requires Registered Nurse certification. These roles are responsible for guiding patients through the healthcare system, helping them understand their treatment plans, and coordinating care across multiple providers. Care navigators ensure that patients receive timely care and have access to resources that support their treatment journey. Individual contributors with responsibility in a clinical discipline or specialty. Typically involves diagnosing, treating, and caring for patients, and often include face-to-face interactions with patients. May also spend some time designing and implementing clinical programs, policies, and services using specialized knowledge and skills. Specialty license or certification required which is acquired through advanced education, training and/or experience. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
