Job Responsibilities Participates in the recruitment and selection of appropriate skill levels and numbers of nursing service personnel. Provides clinical oversight to all clinical and non-clinical staff on a daily basis. Conduct/arrange adequate training of all full-time and part-time employees in positions to meet effective program needs and to maintain employee competency Manages the facility within allocated budgetary parameters. Ability to incorporate this knowledge into a training program for employees, assuring training and hours needed to attain certification. Ability to monitor budgets and review program productivity and/or performance, and to assist in annual budget development. Emotional stability, maturity, warmth, openness and the ability to work effectively with a diverse, indigent population. More than five (5) years continuous sobriety and/or recovery from mood altering drugs, with active participation in recovery, if applicable.
