Position Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/GNA) Instructor & Program Coordinator is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and general oversight of the administration of the CNA Training Program. This dual-role position includes classroom and clinical instruction, student mentorship, and program coordination to ensure full compliance with Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) and regulatory requirements. This role prepares students for state certification while fostering a supportive, engaging learning environment that promotes student success in the healthcare field. Prior Adult teaching and training experience or completion of a Train the Trainer Course in Adult learning principles required. American Heart Association Healthcare Providers BLS. Knowledge of Maryland CNA/GNA regulations and accreditation standards preferred. Experience teaching or patient care in an acute care setting in the past five years preferred.
