Responsibilities: "Ideal employee" is someone who knows the relevant industry content and can apply that knowledge to complete the tasks of their assigned job role. Be able to perform all functions under your active license or certification or as it pertains to your assigned duties. Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their care plans. Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement. Appropriately communicate with clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change. Know how to approach and care for residents with dementia. Be willing to take on other duties and assignments within the scope of your knowledge and experience. Qualifications: An active Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) License or Certification in good standing. High School Diploma or GED. Willingness to take additional training or education, which specific states may require. CPR and First Aid certifications are required. Ability to be flexible and adaptable while handling multiple priorities. Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication. Competent in organizational and time management skills. Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
