You will mentor staff, enforce policies, and ensure the unit functions efficiently while providing the best care for our residents. Key Responsibilities: Supervise nursing staff and manage unit operations. Develop, implement, and enforce employee policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant care delivery. Mentor and support less experienced nurses, offering clinical guidance and career development advice. Establish and uphold standards of care for the unit to ensure resident safety and well-being. Review resident records and monitor the quality of care provided to ensure accurate and effective treatment plans.
