Implements plans in collaboration with leadership to ensure annual and ongoing employee feedback through corporate surveys, training feedback surveys and other ad hoc surveys as needed. Assists in analysis of results and implements action plans to address concerns and promote employee engagement. Ensures patient council meetings are conducted monthly and patient feedback is shared, concerns addressed and incorporated into program performance and management. Oversight of transportation, and vehicle maintenance ensuring compliance to NTR policies, risk management program, state and accreditation standards.
