The PAT Nurse will ensure patients are medically prepared for surgical and other invasive procedures. This position involves conducting thorough assessments, reviewing medical histories, coordinating diagnostic testing and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient safety, surgical readiness and set up for successful outcomes. LICENSURE Licensed and a currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut. Clinical specialty certification is highly encouraged. SPECIAL SKILLS Experienced in both in-person and remote telehealth models, including hybrid workflows.
