About the Role We are hiring a full-time Inpatient Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for our night team. Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence. Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Follow infection prevention and control procedures and maintain a safe environment. Participate in care planning and communicate relevant resident information to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records. Respond appropriately to resident and family concerns. Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations. Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers. Qualifications Current and valid New Jersey LPN license required. Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required. New graduates with an active NJ LPN license are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
