JOB SUMMARY To provide continuity of supervision and operation of facility during the PM shift assuring that facility policies are followed, and that quality of care is maintained. QUALIFICATIONS Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois and/or Wisconsin. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for collaborating with members of the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure accurate completion of nursing documentation on a ongoing basis including but not limited to: Dashboard clearing POC compliance Dietary recommendations carried out Pharmacy recommendations carried out Tracking surveillance antibiotic usage and resolving diagnoses for infections and updating care plans Coordination of documents for scheduling appointments Assure all Nursing procedures and protocols are followed in accordance with established policies Make daily rounds to ensure nursing personnel are performing required duties and to ensure that appropriate procedures are being followed. Notify appropriate Department Heads regarding immediate concerns, communicate all other concerns to the Administrator. Ensure all PCC documentation is being completed by nursing, and POC documentation completed by CNAs. Monitor and supervise all staff on duty.
