Reviews admission order for accuracy. 6. Monitors clinical issues or any staffing issues and all other assigned project as needed. 7. Inputs the 24 hour report electronically on unit. Set up the discharge instructions on all the floors : (11-7 shift only) 8. In-services nursing staff as needed. 9. Completes nursing acuity report daily. 10. As Registered Nurse 1 Psychiatric, you are a vital member of a multi-disciplinary team focused on providing compassionate care through patient-centered and recovery-focused mental health services to individuals with serious mental illness. Duties will include but are not limited to: managing patient and research subject admissions; conducting diagnostic interviews and therapeutic interventions with patients, research subjects, and families; administering emergency interventions including patient de-escalation and monitoring; administering medications in collaboration with the medical team; supervising staff; and providing quality nursing care as a member of the multidisciplinary unit team.
