Shift Type: Full-time ( Monday thru Friday) Benefits : · A competitive salary and benefits program · Health Insurance · Dental Insurance · Vision Insurance · Paid Time Off · 401K · Life Insurance Responsibilities: · Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care · Assess signs and symptoms indicating changes in the patient's condition · Document the patient's plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions · Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards · Revises the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions · Uses clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs of an assigned unit/floor, including establishing priorities · On-call rotation Qualifications: · Must be a licensed RN with a valid license · Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Unit Manager in Long-term care · Familiarity with Federal, State, and local long-term care requirements · Long-term care experience · Point Click Care (PCC) knowledge · Excellent communication skills About Us: At Brookside Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, we believe that all of our residents, their family members, and our team of professionals are special.
