Oversees and coordinates with the patient the accurate self administration of their medication regime, utilizing established procedures/standards; Ensures patients are effectively assessed prior to and after medication administration. Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full time RN (Registered Nurse) to work the evening shift within Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH). This position is within Wing 3 (Drug and Alcohol Unit/Detox and Dual diagnosis) with 28 beds. We offer medically monitored detoxification and treatment for alcohol and benzodiazepines. Our skilled staff help patients safely manage withdrawal symptoms and cravings while keeping them as comfortable as possible. Medication-assisted treatment, group therapy, and other services aid their recovery. Location: Princeton House Behavioral Health (905 Herrontown Road Princeton NJ). What We Require for this Role: Education Bachelor’s degree required, or in pursuit of A registered nurse with an Associate’s Degree with greater than 5 years of clinical experience in a clinical specialty may be considered. Serenity Hospice Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for care & services to patients as needed. Candidates must hold a valid LPN License in the state of New Jersey in order to be considered. This position will be 7PM to 8AM and will be 1:1 for patients. Responsibilities: Care for patients in the location as needed. Assist with activities of daily living. Follow care plans and deliver the highest level of care. Document medical information as required. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team. Communicate with families and patients.
