Where appropriate, adheres to quality monitoring or procedures for validation of equipment functionality. • ¨ Safely administers medications and treatments as ordered according to hospital policy and formulary using the appropriate principles of safe medication administration, 2 patient identifiers, and giving consideration to age-specific effects related to medication. • ¨ Safely handles various types of drugs and body fluids using knowledge of standard precautions. • 4. Position Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Office Shift Full-Time, Day Schedule 8:00am-4:30pm. Potential evening shift no later than 5:00pm. Experience At least one year of clinical office experience, preferably in the specified discipline of the practice, is preferred. Must have ability to communicate proficiently in English (both verbally and writing) to perform job duties. Education Must have graduated from an accredited school of practical nursing. Licensures/Certifications A current Pennsylvania LPN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact is required.
