As a member of the nursing team, you will: • Build rapport with patients, provide infusion therapy, education, and monitoring. • Establish and maintain vascular access devices as prescribed. • Administer medications, assess for side effects. • Maintain knowledge of infusion therapies. • Assess patient appropriateness for home infusion. • Document patient history and clinical information. • Provide skilled care as ordered. • Communicate patient response to care promptly.
