Oversee the Medication Aide program, including delegation, competency validation, and supervision. Investigate resident concerns, incidents, and grievances while implementing appropriate corrective actions. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records. Operations Manage the Wellness Department budget. Ensure adequate staffing, supplies, and clinical equipment. Partner with the Executive Director and Regional Leadership to support community success. Prepare reports and communicate department updates to leadership. Qualifications Required Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience in healthcare. Experience supervising clinical teams. Strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of gerontology and senior care. Preferred Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Senior Living. Experience with state surveys, regulatory compliance, and clinical operations.
