Under the direction of the Director of Employer and Consumer Health, the RN supports initiatives designed to improve access to care, promote prevention and early identification of health risks, provide patient education, and connect individuals with appropriate healthcare services and community resources. This position requires the ability to function independently in offsite and community-based settings while maintaining communication and collaboration with providers, departmental leadership, and other members of the health care. Qualifications: 1. Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana. 2. Minimum of (2) years of nursing experience preferred, preferably in wellness or community health. 3. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. 4.
