Compliance & Site Readiness Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, infection prevention standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Confirm each OBL location is fully prepared operationally prior to procedural days. Support ongoing quality assurance and workflow improvement initiatives. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, or equivalent clinical credential required. Minimum of three (3) years of clinical management, procedural, surgical, or ambulatory care experience required. Prior experience in an Office-Based Lab (OBL), Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgery, Cath Lab, or procedural environment strongly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced procedural setting. Proficiency with EMR systems, inventory tracking, and operational coordination. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Physical Requirements Ability to travel regularly between Winter Park and Tampa locations. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist in a clinical environment for extended periods. Ability to lift and transport clinical supplies and equipment as needed. Schedule Full-time Procedural day schedule may vary based on operational and physician needs.
