Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistance Certificate Required. Experience with the program population is preferred. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations. Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals. Basic computer knowledge. Excellent customer services and communication skills.
