Purpose of Your Job Position The primary purpose of your position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs/GNAs and other nursing personnel. Nurse Practitioner – NP – Infusion Center– Days We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with oncology experience and pediatric experience (or a strong comfort level caring for pediatric patients) to provide patient-centered care across our Same-Day Access and Infusion Center. This role supports the full spectrum of infusion services, including both benign and oncology patients in adult and pediatric populations , and involves acute symptom management, assessment and treatment of therapy-related complications, care coordination, and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a diverse patient population receiving a wide range of infusion therapies and will work closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other clinical team members to ensure high-quality, timely care. Prior experience with CAR-T therapy is preferred but not required. This is a full time day shift position working 4 days per week and there is also a rotating Saturday requirement. This position is located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
