Key Responsibilities: Complete and submit accurate and timely MDS assessments per federal and state regulations. Analyze MDS data to support quality improvement initiatives and reimbursement optimization. Educate staff on care documentation standards and regulatory changes. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and administrative teams to ensure resident-centered care. Participate in audits, surveys, and inspections as needed. Qualifications: Current RN or LPN/RN license in MA Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
