Qualifications for RN or LPN Supervisor: Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts. Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required. Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required. No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
