What You Will Do Provide visible, accessible, and collaborative leadership for the Postpartum Unit and Level IIA Special Care Nursery. Create a positive and healthy work environment built on trust, respect, teamwork, accountability, psychological safety, and shared excellence . Master's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred. Experience Minimum of five years of progressive maternal newborn nursing experience required. Postpartum and Level II Special Care Nursery, Special Care Nursery, or comparable neonatal care experience required. Demonstrated Clinical Leadership Experience Required. Previous formal supervisory or nurse manager experience preferred. Licensure and certification Current Massachusetts registered nurse license required. Current BLS certification required. Current NRP certification required or must be obtained within three months of hire. National certification in maternal newborn nursing or neonatal nursing preferred.
