SIGN ON BONUS Position Summary The Clinical Trials Supervisor provides administrative and operational leadership for assigned research units within The Valley Hospital (TVH), including but not limited to Cardiology, Oncology, and Neuroscience. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor, supporting onboarding, training, and competency development. Assist with staffing coordination, coverage planning, and workload distribution to support active studies. Support performance feedback, coaching, and issue escalation in collaboration with research leadership. Facilitate effective communication between research nurses, coordinators, investigators, and leadership. Education Bachelor`s degree in Nursing is required. Current/valid State of New Jersey license (or legal permission to work from the New Jersey Board of Nursing. Experience Minimum five (5) years of clinical research experience, including research experience in the relevant therapeutic area or across medical specialties.
