Visits are on-demand, low-barrier and synchronous telehealth visits using video or audio-only technology. Interpreter services are available for patients who do not speak English as their primary language. This position will work closely with our Linkage to Care Coordinators (LTCC’s) that help link patients to longitudinal care in their area. This role centers on ensuring that every patient encounter receives efficient, accessible, high quality, respectful and responsive health care for OUD.
