Dialysis Nurse Manager

The Dialysis Nurse Manager is responsible for dialysis facility management and nursing personnel supervision to ensure safe, efficient dialysis treatments for all DCI patients. In collaboration, provides healthcare services for primary, acute and complex care of patients and manages patients’ overall care, identifying expected outcomes for diagnoses. Unit Summary: The environment on our unit is patient-centered, fast-paced, and team-focused. We care for pediatric patients from newborn to 18 years who are being treated for a variety of conditions. Our patients are unique because we care for a broad spectrum of patients with both medical and/or surgical diagnoses. Shift: 7pm-7am . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum. Analyzes comprehensive information pertinent to the patient's care and management to determine nursing diagnosis.
