Responsibilities Responsibilities: Obtaining vital signs, temperature, pulse, height, weight and blood pressure, intakes and outputs, Documenting in patient’s electronic medical record. Assisting patients with activities of daily living. Assisting the RN – tasks delegated by their direct care RN. Assisting other LNAs with designated assignments. Assisting with discharges/admissions. Keeping room/unit clean. Provide an exceptional patient experience and care in an inpatient setting. Performs other duties as required or assigned.
